Join Michelle in a yoga class that stretches, strengthens and tones the muscles while detoxifying the body in a relaxing environment with soulful music. The 60 minute session is a sequence of slow, held postures with an emphasis on breath and alignment to achieve the full expression of each pose. The series of poses are held for a longer period of time to tone, strengthen, stretch and detoxify the body. Through sequencing and conscious movement, cultivate more balance, strength and peace in your physical body and spiritual self. Create your intention at the start of the session and discover how an hour of Yoga in the morning can shift your perspective and lead to a more productive and happy you, for the rest of the day! This class ends in a meditation and is open to students of all levels.
